For Chapter 3, to make learning visible, we need to have feedback that is beneficial to the students. We need to inform that the way the error is wrong. Not by just saying that's not correct.

Chapter 4 is about contributions of the student. We do not need to let our student's background, physical attributes, or attitudes or dispositions affect the way we interact with them or are we teach our students. This cartoon is about not labeling people, just like we shouldn't with the children in our classrooms.
